Do you have missing diamonds in your diamond painting kit? No need to worry!

As our customer you'll get a free delivery of missing diamonds and you'll get to finish your painting! If you're not our customer, no worries either! You can head over to our Wholesale diamonds section and order the missing square diamond drills from us – we have the 447 most widely used colors available.

In order for us to deliver the right diamonds please follow these instructions:

Send us an email with the following information:
- Color code(s) that are missing
- Picture of the canvas with the missing color's code circled
- Also note that you must be our customer to qualify for new diamonds. To verify this you have to give us the order number – you'll find it in the order confirmation email we've sent you right after the purchase.

Where can I find the color number and amounts there should've been?
You can find this information in the instructions. The color number is 3- or 4-digit number and the amount of bags is in the column next to it.
